Melisa, U.S.A./México
Melisa is 9 years old and is Mexican-American. She lives in the U.S.A. with her parents, her older brother and a goldfish. Melisa has a beautiful voice and loves to sing. She is a great dancer, too! (Her mother was an entertainer and used to appear on TV in Mexico.)
On the weekends, the family goes out for breakfast, goes to a museum or to the zoo, and sometimes rents movies. Melisa may have homework but she does not mind because she likes to learn, especially Math.
Here are a few interesting things about Melisa: she does
not like eggs, she likes to walk through puddles on rainy days and she
wants to be doctor when she grows up. If she could have one wish, it would
be that she could have a birthday everyday of the year!
