Charles, Paris, France

Charles is 10 years old and lives in Paris with his parents, his sister Emmanuelle who is 15 and his brother Jean Pascal who is 13. He has an aunt and cousins in the United States. He is thin and loves sports. He likes food! He does not have animals but would like to have a dog or a cat. He has two best friends, Marin and Louis; together they play and do sports.

At the “15 Bauches School,” Charles likes learning various sports, especially track, which he practices on Wednesdays. His favorite teacher is Anne; she teaches drawing and is very kind. She is tall and dark-haired. The subject Charles dislikes most is spelling. Every day, after school, Charles spends about 30 minutes doing his homework.

At home, Charles’s favorite food is pasta. He also likes the French brand cookie le “gâteau Breton,” Nutella chocolate spread and apple juice. He does not like green beans at all!

When he grows up, Charles would very much like to be a professional athlete.
